Shared Ecologies Photo Grant- Shyama Foundation

Shared Ecologies Photo Grant 2026-28

Shared Ecologies, a program by the Shyama Foundation, invites applications from visual practitioners (artists/photographers) who situate themselves in lens-based media and respond to ecological conditions. The Shared Ecologies Photo Grant will support a successful applicant towards the production of a new body of work.

This 18-month grant invites proposals for photographic projects grounded in research-based practice. The project shall attempt to (re)locate, reorient, reconstitute, and revitalise strategies and narratives within localised or overarching conditions, using photography as a primary, but not necessarily the only, medium.

Grant amount: INR 4,00,000/-

Request for proposals:

IFA, in collaboration with Conflictorium – Museum of Conflict, Ahmedabad, Gujarat invites applications for IFA-Conflictorium Creative and Scholarly projects, under our Archives and Museums programme. The programme has a twofold objective: to provide arts practitioners and researchers with an opportunity to generate new, critical and creative approaches for public engagement with archives and museum collections; and to energise these spaces as platforms for dialogue and discourse.
