Shyam has over 20 years of experience in project development and delivery focused on employment generation through craft-based skill and design development for economically challenged rural communities. Shyam has extensively worked in craft product design and development, supply chain management, training and skill upgradation, funding and business development. Additionally, he has successfully created international market access for these communities through e-commerce platforms.
