Worked for over 20 years in the Mumbai film industry as a Sound recordist/Sound designer for feature films, documentaries, and shorts. Feature films include Beyond the Clouds, Lessons in Forgetting, Parmanu. Documentaries like Fireflies in the Abyss,When Harry got Married, Ladies Special etc. Few TV shows are Satyameva Jayate, Under the sun, Yeh hai India meri Jaan

Curriculum development

Mentor for Semester 7 and Semester 8 Film projects. These are semester long projects at the end of which each student has a completed short film. Students are mentored through developing ideas, writing stories & screenplays and then making their films. Units taught – Introduction to Film Language, Audio Narratives, Field Recording, Sound for Film, Elements of Direction etc for BFA. Treatment of a subject, Developing an idea etc for MA. Interim – Four week intensive unit between the two semesters Study of Social Ecology and Nazariya Film Festival

• Researched, developed and wrote screenplay for an urban romantic comedy and a historical fiction set in Kerala.
• Writing a book on sound in films in India. Conducting interviews, collecting materials and writing for the book.
• Part of the Jury for Kerala State Film Awards 2021
