Jayesh Sivan is an accomplished Illustrator and Communication Designer, holds a Master of Arts in Illustration from the University for the Creative Arts, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Arts from the College of Fine Arts, Trivandrum, Kerala. With extensive professional experience in illustration and communication design, he has worked with multinational corporations, publishing houses, and design studios on projects for prominent Indian and international brands. He has collaborated with distinguished clients such as Google, IISc Press, WWF – India, Pratham Books, Welcome Trust – London, Commonwealth Writers – UK, Link Magazine – Italy, Penguin Books, Speaking Tiger Books, and many others for various projects.

In addition to his professional practice, Jayesh Sivan has contributed to academia as a faculty member in Visual Communication at the Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore. He has also served as adjunct faculty at the School of Design – Jain (Deemed-to-be University) Kochi, and as visiting faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Bangalore, as well as the College of Fine Arts, Thrissur.

Jayesh Sivan’s impressions and drawings reflect the childhood memories and his interactions with the nature. His primary areas of professional interest encompass Children’s Book Illustration, Publication Design, Editorial Illustration, and Information Visualization. He has received The Neev Book Award for his illustrations in 2021.
