Dipankar Khanna has over 25 years relevant experience in Learning and Development, including in the areas of Mind Development, Creative Visualization, Super Learning Skills & Behaviour Processes, Leadership and Self Development. He is an acclaimed trainer, Behavioral Consultant and Personal Efficiency Coach for individuals, institutions and multinational organizations.

His Core Competencies include Performance and Executive Coaching, Designing Leadership and Behavioral skills programs to targeted audiences based a training needs analysis; including monitor, track and report on the training programs.  He is proficient in creating TTT processes and best practice frameworks in the L&D space aligned to HR and Businesses that can be extended to a pool of facilitators in the organization.

His strengths are as a Performance Coach and Behavioral Facilitator that include People Skills, Leadership Development and Change Management. • Consultant at Srishti Manipal Institute of Art Design and Technology (formerly Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology. Part of his work involves Educational, Emotional and Design research. He spearheads their Wellness and Performance Coaching initiative for their multi-national faculty and students.
• Faculty and Scholar-in-residence at Srishti/Srishti Manipal Institute of Art Design and Technology (formerly Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology. Part of his work involves Educational, Emotional and Design research. He spearheads their Wellness and Performance Coaching initiative for their multi-national faculty and students.
• Associate Leadership Coach at Mind Tree Limited – this role was to helps leaders to discover their potential. Also engaged with the Knowledge Management group in Mind Tree to develop and engage community champions.

Areas of Research interest are in the following areas:
I. Philosophical and Ethnographical Morals and Ethics issues in the Anthropocene Era.
a. How moral and ethical changes we encounter in our present cultural, behavioral and social landscape – moralization and amoralization or of particular kinds of behavior including speciesism, effective altruism, divorce, illegitimacy, being a working-mothers, smoking, Health vs. Moral Vegetarianism, homosexuality, and medical care. etc.
b. Moral and Ethical dilemmas in using AI. [Larry Lessig]
c. Shift – Moral and Ethical – from Religion and Culture.
d. Practice of Moral and Ethics and Heroism and Exemplar Narratives – Understanding a deeper level of kindness.
II. Story Telling as a Tool to Harness the Moral and Ethical Landscape of Children

TEACHING PORTFOLIO

• General Studies, Holistic Education and Supplementary Class for approximately for students. The classes are more like group coaching classes. Their prime focus is to inculcate Professionalism, Develop Self Leadership, Build Robust and Rich Relatuiionship with others – rely more on people than on devices to overcome challenging situations particularly when navigating emotional up-and downs.
• One course is named Designing your Personal and Professional Life
• The other is called Upeksha – Or growing an ability to generate and inculcate equanimity and calmness.

CREATIVE PRACTICE & OUTREACH

  • Creating and Delivering programs and courses in Self Leadership and Cognitive Processes using inter-disciplinary frameworks.
  • Creating Pedagogies for Teachers to teach Ethics and Morals to Children.
  • A trans disciplinary research program on the ethics and morals in everyday life is offered as a course for PG students• Explorative Art using unconscious processes
  • Working on a documentary that establishes the Philosophical and Psychological facets of Folk Dances in India particularly from Eastern India.
  • My Creative processes are aligned with and include, writing, scripting, photography and cinematography, editing, motivating and leading young leaders in our academic space.
