OVERVIEW
I am an architect, passionate about the role of detailing in manifestation of a design. My work consisted of design coordination in large scale projects with a thriving diversity. A good number of years in the industry provided the necessary strength and toughness to bring stakeholders together on a common goal. Here in my current role, while I work with students, I continue to believe that Detail is the truth and in fact the real face of design. Working with students is opening out new trajectories for me to work on myself and this process of discovery will continue.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Project architect at M/s Larsen &Toubro Ltd. –
Dealt with multiple projects through design development and coordination from scheme to completion. Project palette included residences, offices, and recreational spaces.
Facilitated training and induction of new architecture recruits joining the company.
Associate Professor at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering (Autonomous), Hosur
Taught students of architecture as full-time faculty, later as visiting faculty.

CURRENT PRACTICE AT SRISHTI
Current Practice is two pronged :
1. Sparking students’ spatial thinking, critical reasoning and innovation skills through studio units as below : Spatial Studies, Digital Drawing, Basic Structures and Construction, Working Drawings, BOQ & Specifications, Interior Technology & Services, Professional Practice for Interior Designers Revit & BIM.
2. Promoting outreach and collaboration through workshop units. The following are 2 recent projects that students worked on. Collaboration project with INTACH Bangalore on city’s heritage, School furniture project for Government Primary School, Harohalli.
