5th International AIE Conference: Art, Research and Education

The AIE Conference is a platform for exploring artistic practice as a mode of research, where creation, reflection, and education converge across disciplines. We welcome both conventional academic formats and non-traditional modes of presentation, including:

• Workshops that involve collaborative or experiential methodologies
• Performances exploring embodiment, temporality, or liveness as forms of knowledge
• Installations that reconfigure space, perception, or audience interaction
• Traditional communications
• Video essays, artistic research films or audiovisual formats

We encourage proposals that critically engage the intersection of art, research, and education.

Submissions:
– Accepted in English or Spanish
– Participation: In-person (Madrid) or online

This edition will feature a simultaneous translation system (powered by copla.io), allowing all attendees to follow every presentation in both English and Spanish.
