Tariff details

★ Double occupancy: Rs.15500/- to Rs.16,750/- per child per month plus 18% GST.
★ One time refundable deposit Rs. 30,000
★ Single Occupancy: Rs.17,750/- to 18,750/- per child per month plus 18% GST.
★ One time Refundable Deposit Rs. 30,000


Cost is inclusive rent of furnished rooms, food - Morning coffee/tea, Breakfast, lunch, evening Tea & snacks, Dinner (North/South Indian, veg & non-veg thrice a week).
Lunch is made available in the PG and also sent to campus.

House Rules

• Healthy and respectful communication between us and our children/parent body is the most important rule. This will go a long way in making your child's stay feel like they have never left the comfort of home.
• Ragging of any kind is strictly not tolerated within the premises of SPG Homes. In case of any incident, kindly inform us and appropriate action will be initiated against the offenders.  
• Any child who is ill must contact us without any hesitation. There must be no delay and no self treatment. We will do the needful for the child. In case any medical assistance is required, make sure a medical history of the child is shared with us (allergies, relevant previous history etc..).
• There is a deadline of 09:30 PM for our children to be back in their respective homes. We expect our children to inform us in advance in case they are spending a night away from their SPG Home. An email to this effect will be needed.
• We would like our children to read our "Student Agreement & Terms and Conditions" document carefully and understand it in full. All rules to be followed are clearly presented in this document.
• Substance abuse in any form is strictly not tolerated within the premises of SPG Homes.
• No outsiders, apart from Srishti-Manipal students or Srishti-Manipal faculty members; are allowed into SPG premises.
• The law of the land will be followed by all our children; they will also strive to uphold the dignity of the surroundings in which they reside (read this as "be the neighbors best friends").

COVID Guidelines:

Specific and detailed Covid-19 guidelines have been put in place by us, to be strictly followed by each of our departments (kitchen, housekeeping, laundry etc. based on National Health Advisory Guidelines) to ensure that children in SPG are safe. These can be shared with you on request via email {mail us your request on spgaccommodations@gmail.com}.

Refund Policy

The deposit paid is refundable after a complete year's stay, subject to the terms and conditions presented in our "Student Agreement". In case the stay is extended for another year, the same deposit will be carried forward. In case of withdrawal of admission from SPG after payment of deposit, for any reason, before the end of the academic year, the deposit stands forfeited in full.
