Professional Practice is about improving the lives of others and the communities we live in through our practice.
We create learning opportunities for practitioners and to develop and extend their practice towards their personal and professional growth, paced to keep up with the demands the world of practice.
We facilitate art, design and transdisciplinary approaches for aspiring and experienced professionals and practitioners to adopt in the pursuit of their inquiry into practice.

The Professional Practices program at Srishti Manipal combines theory and practice as a pathway to mastery. Individuals explore inwards with the self and outwards with the world in a critical and reflective practice-based program that equips them with capabilities to thrive in life and work. The Master of Arts in Professional Practices is an inclusive program that enables practitioners to combine their work with higher education, thereby allowing them to get better at what they do while straddling the learn/work divide.
Transdisciplinarity is foundational to the Professional Practices program at Srishti Manipal, enabling professionals to adopt and adapt practices from across disciplines. In this program, theoretical knowledge is used to scaffold observations and experiences in the field, and not the other way around, thus flipping the traditional way of learning theory first and practice later.
