Work experience

  • Worked as a research associate with the cultural team at National Institute of Design, Bangalore, on ‘Digital Hampi’, a DST funded project. Role involved researching and looking at the lives of common as well as Royals from the Vijaynagar Empire, their trade, occupation, material culture, beliefs, rites and rituals, and living traditions
  • Worked as Creative coordinator with a medical NGO Aarogyaseva. Key role included organizing a Fundraiser for a children’s hospital in Northeast India
  • Art and photography exhibitions, concerts and theatre performances
  • Was part of the volunteer team going to Nepal in the aftermath of the 2015 earthquakes, providing medical and general facilities and aid to the victims. Also worked with people with post-quake related stress and traumas
  • Worked as an Assistant Curator, Coordinator and Gallery Manager at established Art galleries in Bangalore. and independently on original commissions
