Facilitates social science courses across the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes on gender, identity, qualitative research methods and ethics; guides faculty in academic writing and pedagogy; interdisciplinary teaching with faculty in public space and information design

Creative Practice and Outreach

  • Publications in a variety of national and international journals on issues of gender, work and identity 
  • Authored Gender, Class and Reflexive Modernity (Palgrave Macmillan) examining the consequences of late-modernity for women employed in the IT industry
  • Investigating the work of internal complaints committees against sexual harassment in workplaces
  • Documenting career narratives of Anglo-Indian teachers from Bangalore; advisor to International Journal of Anglo-Indian Studies
